Byron Bay Boot Camp was established in January 2006 by Dan Clifton-Northey. Growing up in Byron, Dan returned from Sydney after serving in the Royal Australian Navy.
After completing his Physical Training certificates in Sydney and completing 2 years Boot Camp instruction under some of the countries finest military instructors, Dan saw a need to provide the Far North Coast with what he knew to be the best results based training available.
Taking a personal interest in ALL of our members we strive to achieve the highest possible physical outcomes we can for everyone who participates in any Byron Bay Boot Camp course. Whether it be our 4-Week Challenge, 3,6 & 12-hour Challenge, Sports Team Challenge or a Corporate Event, we assure results and stake our reputation on it!
We are the longest running Boot Camp in Byron Bay and provide the Far North Coast with the highest standard of physical training.
Having had thousands of people through our courses since 2005 we have a tried and proven course structure.
Drawing inspiration from the latest in military and civilian training techniques we are sure to have something that challenges you both physically and mentally.
Byron Bay Boot Camp is 100% locally owned and operated, with real military experienced trainers developing and conducting courses. We run 3 days per week in Byron Bay. Courses are run first thing in the morning (early morning activity) and in the daylight saving months we run outdoor fitness classes in the afternoon 3 days per week.
Unlike other outdoor fitness businesses, you will never do the same outdoor boot camp fitness session twice in a month (excluding Basic Fitness Assessment). This means you won’t get bored and, more importantly, your body won’t get used to the same old training techniques.
